Tasks for people under depression.

Hello everybody and welcome,
Yesterday I wrote on depression. My today's post should have been merged with the post that I published yesterday as this also
deals with the subject - depression. It is a very painful and critical state of both mind and health and he feels the pinch who
has gone under the spell of it.However, below are some morning
rituals that has helped many people to set their scenes for early
recovery.
a) Get up early in the morning after a long and sound sleep and leave your bed. Have a nice shower if possible. Wear your clothes which should be comfortable.
b) Make a hot drink and sit outside to drink it.
c) Just sit and think,or you don't think at all. Breath in fresh air
freely.Simply think about the beautiful creation of the nature looking all around. Think that you are sitting here right now and
witnessing life which is amazing.
d) Feel grateful for one thing today. Even something so little that
it may be one breath of yours. Try to think that you are a special
creation of Almighty.
e) Make one goal for to-day. Don't try to do anything more. Just
one thing to complete by the end of the day. It could be anything,
driving to your library or sending a letter to your loved one.
Don't worry, if you make the goal but fail to complete it, it means
you tried and you can do it tomorrow also. It is a recognised
belief that love is the will to extend yourself, so finish your drink
give yourself a mental hug, stand up and and love yourself.
Repeat everyday for best results. It is a long way and it may take
time. But every little step counts and will make difference when
accumulated over time.
At the end, there is a serious advice to the inhouse members of the victim that everybody should be accomodative and helpful
to him till the time he fully recovers as he remains in a very helpless situation. I have to stop here now with the hope of coming before you with another post very shortly. Bye for now
and warm regards to you all.
Kalyan.
