Depression courage and will

Hi everyone and welcome,
This will be my 3td post on depression.On each occassion,I had a
feeling that there should have been more information about it. I
know how difficult it is to come out of it and so is post again with
some more on it. I have come to know that people from young
generation, both male and female are getting used to taking anti-
depresant drugs. I am very sad about it. The use of antidepresant
is on the rise. These people should try to remove the disease from the source instead of taking the drugs. Tell me who has'nt it.Feeling depressed is a common feeling and it is usually a sign
that something is wrong in your life. It could be working too hard or as big as  not being happy in a job or a relationship. If you are brave enough to face it,rather than  try to wish it away.
Here are some advices that you can follow for relief.
a) If you are under depression, you should consult a counselor.
You should neither be shaky nor afraid. You should take him as
your wellwisher and he being a professional, he is likely to find
out the core reason of your problem and further advise you
effectively to redress your distress.
b) Go for a long walk,preferably on a gree ground. Doctors prescribe both exercise and walk getting out in the nature giving
your body and mind enough time of mindless walking to get the
true feeling and thoughts rise to the surface. You will also think
that nature has its cycles too, there are times of joy and time of
hybernation.Allow your body and mind to sync with nature and
you will feel surely a bit better.
c) Read books- You should select some books on mind and soul.
    That will help you a lot more fighting depression.You should
meet your best freinds. Go there and ventilate your mind to them and surely you will feel relieved.
d) Eat right-Eating craps or overeating any thing feeds your
depression. Always eat light  to remain comfortable and easy.
e) Dont drink alcohol and take drugs. These may give relief
to you for the time being but after effect is too detrimental to
your own original problem.So please stop it. Take help if you need it so badly.
f)Fall in love with yourself first. Pamper yourself with refrrshing
bath and flowers. Write love letters to yourself and try to convince yourself that you are very charming person created by
the Almighty.
g) Laugh-Laughter is always magical. Try to see some funny
comedies and you will feel better. Laughter is very important and helpful in such situation. You smile and then you laugh and
surely you will feel relieved.
h) You creat some thing as you can write down your thoughts and connect it with your dreams.
            HAVE COURAGE TO CHANGE and you will win.
