Meditation enhances brain power

Hello everyone and welcome,
When you get a compliment,you definitely feel good. These compliments fill us with confidence and admiration and want it
to happen to us again and again.But because of a busy schedule
and long working hours it might not be possible. Having said this,it does not mean a person cannot stay intelligent throughout.
This can be easily achieved by meditation and yoga. Regular practice of meditation and yoga helps the mind to be more
reflective and efficient.
We always use one half of our brain more and this leads to imbalance. Meditation syncs the left and right hemispheres thereby allowing neural connection and great processing power.
When logical left and creative right brains start working in harmony then solving problems becomes easy;it also increases
creativity and deep thinking. Highly successful people usually
display whole brain synchronisation.
Meditation increases the gray matter thickness of the brain region,thus making the brain bigger,smarter and faster. All
physical exercise makes our muscles denser and stronger,so
meditation increases neuroplasticity of our brain enhancing our
intelligence. Meditation is a good brain enhancer.
Meditation can help to guide brainwaves into beneficial frequen-
cies and when guided can showcase a myriad of benefits including idea generation, creativity and intellectual capacity.
Meditation helps to transform these beneficial states of mind and
help boost IQ.
These are generally obtained through listening and developing
inner voice. Thus meditation can be the basic key to tap these
latent abilities.As per some people,inner intelligence is the most
important and best success in the world.
Meditation helps in improving both short and  long term memory.
The key memory areas of the brain show increase in activity
during meditation. By stimulating these areas,the short and long
long term memories are improved.
It is a much known truth that meditation keeps you physically fit averting so many diseases.
As meditation does not cost you a penny or it is harmful, it is only your will that will motivate you to do the begining. Once started and continued, you will go on reaping lot of good result.Its best fruit is, it will take you closer to understanding your own self.
