Your skin starts ageing in your 20's

Hello everybody and welcome,
Today's post is meant mainly for the young women who are always concerned about their skin. Here, I would like to mention
that the modern women are the main consumers of this billion
doller cosmetic market.
The skin is a delicate organ and it has to stand so much damage
from the sun to harsh chemicals in cosmetics. As you grow old,
so does your skin. The most common problem before twenties is
acne;the red painful bumps on skin that show up when you least
wanted them. A good face wash and a topical cream would take
care of that.
Changes start occuring as early as 20. Skin will change regardless
of your external circumstances. With ageing elasticity of your skin reduces. When elasticity reduces gradually overtime, your
skin starts showing signs of ageing. Your skin has started the process of ageing while you are young and in your college.
In your 20s make salicyclic, glycolic and lactic acids your best
freinds.
Production of antioxidants declines in your 20s. Hence using pro-
ducts with vitamin C, green tea concentrate, vitamin E and fruit acids can be beneficial for your skin. Glycolic acid tightens your
skin and make it glow. Lactic acid provides your skin with moisture.
You should use an eye cream in your 20s. The skin around your
eyes are thinner than the rest of your face.Keeping it nourished
and hydrated will prevent wrinkles.
Dont forget to moisturise your neck. Your neck is an extension of
of your face
Dont smoke as smoking affects collagen production.
Sunscreen is a must as you enter your 20s. Skin  damage from
sun exposure leads to pre-mature ageing. So keep using sunscreen religiously. It will go a  long way in keeping  your skin
Youthful.
