Diabetes a silent attacker

Hello  everyone and welcome,
This may be my third post on diabetes. I was going through a medical journal where I saw this and decided to make a third post on my blog with an idea that it can creat some awareness
in some people.
Diabetes is a silent attacker. You may not know anything about
the disease for a long time, before you suddenly realise that some
thing is wrong in your body one day.And then tests reveal that you have been attacked by diabetes. There are some signs that
point to diabetes and watching out for these can help you figure
out the problem.
1. You might loose weight, and it may really seem like a good thing in the begining but it is not. When a person has diabetes, he is likely to loose weight because of the decreasing water level
in his body as well as the inability of the body to break down food into more suitable forms.
2.If you are urinating more than usual, and if the rate of urination is increasing gradually with time, it can be a sign of
diabetes. When you are suffering from diabetes, your body
becomes less efficient in breaking down the consumed food into
sugar and utilising it.Therefore, a lot of sugar gets saturated in your blood stream and your body gets rid of it by flushing it out
through urination.
3. If you are tired all the time even after getting up from a long and good night's sleep, you may have diabetes. The reason for this is that fatigue comes to you when your body cannot produce
enough energy from the food you consume, and this happens only when you have diabetes.
Diabetes can creat other complications also:
1.If you are having excessive diabetes, you are at a risk of having
a major heart attack. It can lead to other heart related problems
like chest pain and narrowing arteries.
2.In simple words, diabetes leads to eye damages like cataract and glaucoma. If you have retinopathy, you may have to face the
consequences of loss of vision or permanent blindness.
3.Diabetes causes damage to the blood vessels of the kidney which may further lead to kidney failure.
