Diabetes compliments depression.

Hello Everyone and welcome.
To-day, I am going to touch upon a serious issue in my blog post
and that is Diabetes and depression. It is told that our country is
soon going to have the largest population of diabetic patient and
it needs urgent attention of government agencies to combat this
menace raising public awareness.
Diabetes is a state of health where body lacks energy because of
poor metabolic condition. This is construed as depression in many patients as they already feel lethargic and subdued. As a diabetic has lot of diatery restrictions which is enough irritable
and that seperates him from his freinds and relatives as he becomes physically and mentally weak. It may so happen that
with this state of mind, he may gradually enter a phase of
depression.Maintaining blood glucose level in a diabetic is really
very critical involving lot of medications, physical excercises and
dietary controls.A person with diabetes becomes impetient and
hopeless as this disease does not go once this has settled in you.
This disease damages a human body to a big extent. When a
person with this disease experiences these problems, he becomes
mentally upset and may get into depression.
Thus depression and diabetes are complimentary to each other.
But it is a fact that if a person has will force,he can manage his
life with these two conditions as thousands are doing it the same
way.
Here are few ways to treat this two conditions.
1.Regular exercises are very helpful for both the conditions but
it should be done with tenacity.
2.A balanced diet is indispensible for a diabetic. One must not
not be careless about. Indiscriminate eating may damage health.
3.Restful sleep at night may help both the conditions.
A diabetic must be looked after carefully by his close relatives in
his family. One must keep in mind that this is a silent killer disease if unattended. I have a great feeling for the diabetics and
I have dealth with it here very lightly but the issue is not light,
It is a heavy and serious issue. At the conclusion,I wish all diabetics the best of health, the power of mind and happiness.
Before it goes longer, bye for now. Hope to see you with a new
post on my blog.    Regards to all my readers.
Kalyan.
