Tips for better health in a blog.

Indispensible Hi Everybody,
Hope you are all in sound health and mind. I have been writting
posts on health and its inseperable link with food. I hope that
you will agree with me that good health depends on balanced
food being diciplined and choosey and moderate. You should
understand the ingredient that the food contains.
The way human body works is tricky to enable proper digestion
and to feel fit through the day and it is best to have a balanced
diet. Things that seems nutritous to you may damage your digestive system.
A person suffering from acid reflux, continual streaches of diarr-
ea or constipation or an irritable bowl syndromes, foods being
consumed should be reviewed and altered as a basic remedy for
these problems.
1. Avoid acidic fruits-A fruit that is acidic will have acidic effects on the digestive system. Hence, acidic fruits should not be taken
in big quantity. Acid of any kind has a corrosive effect on the internal organs and should not be taken in empty stomach or an
upset stomach. Lemons,oranges,tomatoes and other citrus foods
should avoided in empty stomach.
2. Milk-Milk contains lactose and that is hard to digest.Aged people face more problems in digesting milk or milk products.
Dairy products when taken in excess can result in gas and bloating. It is time to stop believing that milk has anything but
bad for digestive health.
3.Processed wheat-Processed wheat is not good for health.Bread
is the easiest way of making a meal for yourself. But it affects on
digestive system and your overall health is in no way good.
Processed wheat can constipate you as it lacks fibre.
4. Avoid fries- while your stomach needs to be given food from time to time, it also needs to be emptied. Fried foods prevent
emptying of stomach. They tend to remain in the digestive system for long making you bloated and uneasy.
5. Red meat-Most of us like red meat and other kinds of fat as
butter,ghee,cheese and Icecream. These fats are hard to digest
and they result in stomach contraction causing constipation.
These are some ideas that may keep you much healthier. As it is
health so I have placed in my blog. Its being long and I would
