Your skin can glow with some foods.

Hello everbody and welcome,
I have been writing on health issues with an intention to let you know the informations by which you can get motivated to do a
little to upkeep good health. It is very necessary to keep yourself fit to live in this fast world with rampant pollution.Every one is so busy that there is no time to look at one's health and I think that my blog posts may work as a reminder to them to be conscious about health.If you are healthy both physically and mentally, you have the chance to accomplish anything that you desire.
On todays issue I have taken reference from the writings of 2/3

A beautiful skin is something that young boys and girls desire.
But skin can look beautiful if it is healthy. Having a healthy skin is very essential specially for young women as they always try to
see their skin glow. You cannot have a healthy skin by only artificial products and pampering yourself with parlour services. You must also eat right.The following foods can improve one's
skin health.
1.green tea:This is known to be rich in antioxidents.This helps you to tackle the problem of imflamation and protect your skin from skin cancer. It also increases your blood circulation making your skin smooth with protection from UV rays.
2.Eggs:It stops skin damage from UV rays and having sulfar in it keeps your skin glowing.It contains protein that keeps the elascity of your skin.
3.Walnuts:It improves the skin health and keeps the body to retain moisture
4. Olive oil: using olive oil or extra virgin olive oil as medium of cooking can keep your skin healthy as it is rich in vitamin E.
5.Orange:oranges are rich in vitamin C and this willhelp you keep your skin wrinkle free. Papaya is also very good for skin.
6. Dark chocolate:It is rich in cocoa and it protects from UV rays,
hydrates your skin and makes it glow.
7.Tomatos:It is rich with antioxidenta. It also helps as an anti ageing agent.
8.Yogurt: It highly beneficial for skin as it helps in reducing wrinkles.
9.Berries:strawberries, Raspberries contain vitamin C which prevents skin ageing.
Along with the above one should drink adequate water.
