Stress is sometimes unavoidable - here is how to turn it into your
best freind. We know that stress is bad for us and it causes damages to everything from health to pruductivity.
However, there are ways yo reduce stress,but you cannot avoid stress compldtely from your life. In fact,when you
are doing great things, it is imevitable. There are lot of successful
people wo were performing at their highest level were motivated
by stress during this time. This shows that stress does not have to
be negative when it is handled in the right way..
Here are a few things to keep in mind that will allow
us to maximise the benefits of stress while reducing its damaging
it can have on our health, relationships and carriers.
Stress is inevitable and if you dont have it, you are
arare species and you are likely living an unproductive life.
The first step to dealing with stress is to recognize it
then you can decide what you want to do with it.
You need to make a decision and its a choice : you
need to decide-whether you will see stress as either enhancing or
incapacitating.
This realisation will unleash positive motivation,
because we all know that nothing important comes in an easy
way. Recognize stress as a side effect of spreading your wings
and challenging yourself. If we are positive on stress, our brain
is able to expand allowing for faster processing and increased
productivity. You can achieve this by training your brain to
recognize stress as a byproduct of your success rather than
something to dread. Stress was not designed to kill us. Stress
hormones actually induce growth and release chemicals into the
body that rebuilds cells and enhance immunity,leaving the body
even stronger and healthier than it was before and any athlete
knows it better.
One of the basic rules of the universe is that nothing is perfect. Perfection simply does not exist. If mother
nature has not figured it out yet, then neither will you. There are
are a million things that will be out of your control no matter how much effort you put in - so ignore what is outside your
influence. You should try doing things which are undrr your
influence
When we talk about stress, practice is the key to
learning how to do it.Always try to do a thing better and not
perfect.
After all, this game of life is a marathon, not a
