In to-days lifestyle,it is difficult to avoid stress. A small cause as
losing a thing or meeting a target at one's workplace, comes in
stress.Stress is a reason for diseases like hypertension and
cardiac diseases. You cannot avoid stress but you can fight it by
some means. You will be surprised to know that you can fight
stress with the help of some foods which are tasty and good to eat also.
1. Chocolate-Chocolate is one of the best stress eliminators
with magnesium and carbohydrates which lifts your spirits. It
reduces your stress level and helps you to lelax.
2.Coffee- Coffee keeps your brain cells healthy with some brain
