In this busy life, you don't have time to think a little about yourself. You are always too busy earning money for your family and attending so many social commitments. Doing all these, you become exhausted knowingly or unknowingly and at the end of it, you become frustrated and this frustration causes anger in you and you become unhappy in your life.
Now, happiness is related to one's mind. It is a matter of feeling. Your brain does not come here for consideration. It gives you certain impulses. One should understand that mind and brain are two separate
entities having separate functions. The brain remains full of clutters and it never helps the mind to be happy or to be peaceful. People don't say peace of brain, they say peace of mind.
So, to be happy or to be peaceful, one should practice to bring the mind
under control as mind has millions of wings to fly anywhere and anytime. Though, I have spoken it in a sentence, but it is not easy rather hard. Mind shall never come under control with simple and self made techniques. It needs some special kind of a practice and here enters the
idea of meditation.
Don't think that meditation is undoable. Surely it can be done but slowly and gradually. My last article was titled " meditation is real healer ".It is true and a lot of Great Souls have spoken about it that this is the only way of getting peace, be it for short or long period of time. Meditation and meditation only.
Don't avoid or neglect the idea. Firm your mind and try it as it gives you
a little everytime. Select a place with no distractions at all. Sit in this place being away from the hustles of life. Take a deep breathe through
nose as it gives you more oxygen and breath out. Put your mind in yourself and in the process of breathing. Avoid thinking about anything
except you. Do it for 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes gradually.
If you do, you will be rewarded surely. I have placed it before you in a very simple way though it is very delicate and subtle.
