Austerity - an essential quality.

Hi friends!

Austerity is a great and essential quality. This is such a quality
that helps immensely to upgrade from poor to middle class and from middle class to the rich. Money itself is a great power. It should be handled very carefully. If you can't then you are in the ruins. It is a quality that balances between earning and expenditure of a person.

There is a saying that one is rich in the first week,in the second and third, he is middle class and in the last week, he becomes poor. If one is capable of managing the flow of his expenditure and is capable of keeping the expenditure reasonably static, then it may be possible for him to see a little surplus. Usually some will say, easier said than done. To this, I say, It is practicable and doable.

I have seen people spending money simply to show off before their friends and relatives in parties mainly on birthdays, different anniversaries and other get together buying costly gifts going beyond his capacity. In some cases they borrow money even for these. They should know, that today is not the only day, they have to survive steadily for long.

I really don't know what is the harm in saying I am what I am. What is the need of showing off ruining your tomorrow. None will help you in time of your need. So it is better to be a little
conservative in spending money. Spend where it is needed and you know it better than anybody. Be a little saving minded. Try to grow little surplus from within your resources for your tomorrow. This way you can upgrade to the upperclassmen. If you can do it, you will do it for yourself to be a bit better.

Money is a big resource. Don't misuse it, save it as it may help you in a big way in future. If you think about your future seriously, I hope, you will grow up with this quality of being saving minded and that is austerity.

I will end here today. Thanks for your patience and bye from me now. My regards for you all.

Kalyan Ghosh.
