Meditation - heartfulness

Hello freinds!
In this era of rat race, you all are so busy in managing your
lives that you hardly find any time for yourself. The situation  has become  such that you don't  feel like standing by to look at a beautiful flower which  is also a nature's gift. The lives of people have become so fast that they are now  distancing themselves from  nature and thus from good mental health. Side by side, it is also true that the awareness of mental health is on the rise.

Here,  I would like to bring the issue of meditation, specially
meditation of heartfullness. This meditation eradicates stress
from man's life.  It helps in handling the adversities also. This is a simple meditation technique that you can practice alongside your daily prayer or other spiritual practices as this is not related to any specific philosophy.

While practicing this meditation, you will feel relaxed. In one of my previous articles, I wrote about mindfulness meditation. This time, it is he artfulness mediation.  This is a simple meditation technique. Fix a cool and comfortable  place and this should be  your place for regular practices.Sit in a relaxed way and focus on your heart and try to feel that it is being filled with light. Don't allow your mind to distract. Do it for twenty minutes  and after being used to it, you may increase it gradually.

More than a  million people do this meditation in more than 100 countries and this trend is  on the rise. This practice helps
in increasing the quality of sleep. This practice helps relieve  stress and increases the body immunity. It helps in improving
the quality of life in multiple ways. What you need is an iron
will and nothing else. Through  this, you can get peace of mind at no cost. It can bring lot of advantages in one's life without any doubt. If you  are seriously searching for peace,  this can be yours. Go and do it.

At the end, I would say that if you decide to do it, rest assured,  that you have taken  your first step towards self
realisation. If you  are really stressed then waste no time as you will surely benefit out of it.
