Listening is important.

Hello and welcome!
In my last post,  I discussed  the importance of speaking in a properly. I also discussed a little about how improper speaking can harm a person in all walks of life.

Similarly, listening to someone in detail is also very important. Equally, while someone is speaking, he should also allow the person to whom he was speaking, be given adequate  space/time to listen to him patiently,

If you do not listen properly with time,  you may not understand  the issue clearly and as a result,  you may not argue or participate in the discussion.  This is one side of the picture and on the other side,  the speaker should allow adequate time  to listen to  him in detail. Proper listening helps in understanding the issues.

It is always better for the speaker to speak properly with time, so that it becomes  easy for any one to understand  and on the other hand, a listener should listen to  any issue patiently taking time.

This applies to all spheres of life including educational institutes etc.

I will  end here for today. I will  come before you shortly with another post and till then, bye from me.

Thanks for your patience and regards for you all.
Kalyan Ghosh.
