In todays post I have dealt with a fast growing problem in and around us and my humble attempt has been to find out some little reliefs.
In the modern day lifestyle it is very difficult to avoid stress. It may be losing a small thing, meeting a target at ones workplace etc.,and you cannot avoid stress. Stress is one of the reasons of dieseases like hypertension, cardiac diseases etc. You cannot
avoid stress but you can fight it by some means. You will be sur-
prised to know that you can fight stress with the help of some
easily available not too costly foods. These are tasty and good to
eat.
1.Chocolate- Chocolates are one of the best stress diffusers with
magnesium and carbohydrates which help lift your spirits. It helps reducing your stress and allows you to relax.
2.Coffee- Coffee helps your brain produce brain derived protein
keeping your brain cells healthy. Coffee triggers many neuro-
transmitters which controls your mood changes. So a cup of
coffee can bring a positive mood reducing your stress.
3. Green leafy vegetables-All green leafy vegetables contain high
quantity of magnesium preventing headaches and fatigue which
in turn relieves stress.
4.Black tea- Black tea can help you relieve of stress quicker than
than any other food. It reduces the hormone causing stress giving you a comfortable feeling.
5.Milk- Milk contains calcium that reduces anxiety and stress.
6.Bananas- Bananas have lot of potassium and 'B' vitamins which sooths your nervous system and its magnessium content
brings positive mood.
7.Almonds- Almonds have high volume of vitamin 'E' and 'B'
which in turn reduces stress.
This is on stress which is very prevelent in our society because
in to-days time there exists a tremendous competion amongst
ourselves in the society. Competition in every walk of life.
Nobody is away from it including students in their schools,
service holders in their work places, players on the ground and
athlets on their circuits and you name them and you will find
the same picture every where. The situation is such that you will
hardly find any stress free family.
Here comes my attempt to look for some affordable and easily
available stuffs through which one can get relief from stress.

that are lost for ever the moment that are explained in words"
